    We will need the following information:

    -Your name and affiliation with the business

    -Store name, address, and phone number

    -Type of business and merchandise sold

    -A valid state tax ID # (which we will need a photocopy of upon first order)

    As soon as we receive your information, we will send you a wholesale price list that will directly correspond with the items on our website. If you business is local (Delaware), we can personally bring you an assortment of fresh-baked treats to choose from. Our treats sell themselves, so contact us today!



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We are a small company and all of our treats are hand-crafted and slow baked. This means that your treats will not be mass-produced commercially. Because of this, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need any item(s) on a rush basis, please let us know at the time of your order and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Once we've received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order information. Packages will usually arrive within 1-3 days from the shipping date. Upon receipt, all orders must be inspected immediately. Any problems must be reported to info@thek9bakery.com within 48 hours. We are committed to keeping shipping/handling costs as low as possible, so all of our orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (with the exception of free local delivery). At this time, The K9 Bakery ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does The K9 Bakery ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). The K9 Bakery reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. The K9 Bakery offers store credit only. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please e-mail us right away. We would be happy to exchange your merchandise for something of equal value or offer you a "store credit" (minus the cost of shipping and handling). We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and are willing to work directly with you to achieve this! All returns must be post-marked within 5 calendar days of receipt, or they will not be accepted for exchange or credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
